I've always been a huge fan of cheese and since going vegan in February 2019, I have been experimenting with vegan alternatives to fill the void left by dairy cheese.

 

I wanted to create a range of tasty, vegan cheese alternatives that would hold their own on a cheeseboard. 

 

Hence the beginning of Happy Mouse.
